A Human Odyssey respects the privacy of its visitors and aims to collect as little personal information as reasonably necessary. This policy explains what information may be processed when you visit the website, contact us, send an AHO Studio project enquiry, or purchase a digital product through an external platform.
1. Who we are
A Human Odyssey is an independent digital-creation project based in Portugal.

2. Information collected through this website
The website does not provide user accounts, comments or direct checkout. The AHO Studio pages (/studio and its Portuguese, Spanish and Polish versions) include a project-enquiry form.
The AHO Studio project-enquiry form asks for a name, email address, a description of the project, and the offer the visitor is enquiring about. Submitted information is sent to Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which delivers it to A Human Odyssey by email so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered. The form also passes the Studio language and page the enquiry was sent from, to help route the reply.
AHO Studio also links to an external Cal.com page for visitors who want to book an optional 20-minute scoping call. Cal.com is external to this website. Information a visitor submits on the Cal.com booking page is processed through Cal.com for the purpose of scheduling the requested call.
Beyond that form and that booking link, A Human Odyssey does not intentionally collect personal information directly through the website unless a visitor chooses to contact us by email.
When someone sends an email — for example a general message, a customer or product-support request, or an AHO Studio project enquiry sent directly by email — the information contained in that message may be used to respond. This can include the sender's email address, any details voluntarily provided, and any project information or brief the sender chooses to share.
3. Website analytics
The website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website traffic and performance.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is intended to provide privacy-focused, aggregated website analytics without using cookies or local browser storage for analytics tracking.
Analytics information may include general page-view and performance information and is used to understand site usage and maintain performance.
4. Hosting and technical infrastructure
The website may be hosted and delivered using Cloudflare services.
Technical information required for security, delivery, reliability and abuse prevention may be processed by the hosting and infrastructure providers according to their own policies and legal obligations.
5. Purchases through Payhip
Purchases are completed through Payhip, an external platform.
A Human Odyssey does not directly operate the Payhip payment infrastructure.
Payhip and its payment providers may process information required to complete purchases, provide downloads, prevent fraud, calculate taxes and comply with legal obligations.
Visitors should review Payhip's own privacy information during checkout.
6. Legal bases and purposes
Information may be processed where needed to:
- respond to messages
- provide product and customer support
- review and respond to AHO Studio project enquiries
- discuss the scope of a possible project and prepare a proposal where appropriate
- administer a project if an engagement proceeds
- deliver or correct purchased catalogue products
