Refund Policy

A Human Odyssey sells digital products delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot ordinarily be returned after access or download, purchases are generally final, subject to applicable consumer law.
1. Digital products
All current products are digital unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
No physical item is shipped.
2. General position
Because access to a digital product may be provided immediately and the file cannot meaningfully be returned, A Human Odyssey does not ordinarily provide refunds for a change of mind after access or downloading has begun.
This policy does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Defective or incorrect files
Please contact A Human Odyssey when a purchased file is:
- corrupted
- incomplete
- inaccessible through the supplied delivery method
- the wrong product or edition
- materially different from the product description
A Human Odyssey will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected, complete or replacement version.
4. Technical assistance
Before treating a product as defective, reasonable troubleshooting may be requested, such as:
- downloading the file again
- trying a compatible PDF, EPUB, browser or archive application
- confirming that the complete file was received
- checking the original delivery email or Payhip download access
5. Duplicate purchases
Accidental duplicate purchases may be reviewed individually when sufficient purchase information is provided.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
The treatment of withdrawal rights for immediately supplied digital content may depend on the checkout process, consent given and applicable law.

8. Payhip
Payhip provides the checkout and delivery environment for current purchases. Customers may be directed to Payhip for platform-specific access issues, but product-support requests should first be sent to A Human Odyssey.
