How we work together
Seven rules. They apply to every project, every tier, every client.
Fixed price, fixed scope.
For prototypes and websites, scope is measured in screens or pages. For MVPs and analytics, it is measured by the features and services listed in the tier. Everything is agreed in writing before work starts.
One-off projects: 50% to start, 50% on delivery.
Monthly care payment terms are confirmed before the engagement starts. No surprise invoices.
Two rounds of revisions included
on prototypes, websites and MVPs. Analytics works differently: fixes are part of the audit, and Monthly care includes one hour of changes every month.
Full handover, no lock-in.
Code, design files, domain and accounts are handed over to you in full on delivery. Nothing stays on my side.
Scope grows, price grows by a known rate.
Extra screens and pages have a public price. On MVPs and analytics, extra work is quoted in writing before it starts. Nothing is negotiated in the dark.
One 20-minute call is enough.
We count your screens or confirm the listed scope, fix the price, set the date.
14 days of fixes after delivery on prototypes, websites and MVPs.
Analytics Setup and Audit include the fixes in the agreed scope. Monthly care follows its monthly scope.

FAQ
Questions founders ask before they book
What do I actually get at the end?
For prototypes: a working front-end on a private URL, plus all source files. For websites: a live site on your domain, with analytics running. For MVPs: a deployed web app with accounts, payments and handover docs. For analytics: the documented setup or audit, QA evidence, and the dashboard or report included in the selected tier. In all cases, you get the finished work, not a preview.
Why use fixed scope instead of hourly billing?
For prototypes and websites, screens and pages are countable units that drive the work. For MVPs and analytics, the scope is defined by the features and services listed in the tier. Either way, the number is agreed before work starts. No hourly billing.
What is the difference between a prototype and an MVP?
A prototype looks and feels real but has no backend: no real accounts, no real data, no real payments. It is for testing, pitching and briefing developers. An MVP is a usable product with real users. If you are not sure which one you need, the call answers that in five minutes.
What do you need from me to start?
A description of the idea, whatever you already have (notes, sketches, a deck, an old site), and the first payment. You do not need a finished brief. Most projects start from a few lines of text.
Who owns the code and the files?
You do, on delivery. Everything goes to your accounts or is handed over as files. Nothing stays locked on my side.
How does payment work?
For one-off projects: 50% when we agree the scope and the start date, 50% on delivery, each against an invoice. Monthly care is billed on its own schedule, confirmed before the engagement starts.
What if I need more screens than my tier?
You pay the listed extra rate per screen or page. If the project grows past the top tier, we agree a custom quote before continuing. You always know the number before the work happens.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds on prototypes, websites and MVPs. A round is a consolidated list of changes, not a stream of messages. Most projects use one. On analytics, fixes are part of the audit and Monthly care includes an hour of changes each month.
Which technologies do you use?
Modern web technologies chosen for speed and low maintenance. For sites: static, fast, no heavy CMS unless you need one. For MVPs: a standard web stack that any developer can take over later. No lock-in to my tools.
Can you deliver in my language?
Yes. Interface copy, content and communication in English, Portuguese, Spanish or Polish. Adding a second language to a site is a listed extra.
Do you build mobile apps?
Not native ones. Prototypes and MVPs are built as responsive web apps that work on phones. If you need an iOS or Android app, I will tell you on the call and point you elsewhere.
I only have an idea. Is that enough?
Yes. That is where most projects start. The first part of the work is turning the idea into structure, flows and a screen count. Then we build.
What happens after delivery?
On prototypes, websites and MVPs, 14 days of fixes are included. Analytics Setup and Audit include the fixes in their agreed scope; Monthly care follows its monthly scope. After that, small changes on sites and prototypes are quoted per screen or page; on MVPs and analytics they are quoted in writing. Bigger updates are a new project. No retainer required.
