The Lyna Files - Part 1

Fifteen real healing sessions. One soul laid bare.

A raw memoir of fifteen real healing sessions. No theory. No fiction. A lived journey into shadow, memory, and personal rebirth.

Every healing journey begins with a moment you can't explain. A quiet turning inside the body. A memory that rises when you least expect it.

The Lyna Files - Part 1 is a verbatim-style memoir built from fifteen real sessions with an intuitive guide. You follow one man as he walks through trauma, inner child work, ancestral echoes and spiritual awakening, session by session, without filters or self-help polish.

Sacred geometry glowing faintly in gold

Some truths don't come in a single moment. They arrive in layers. Each session a doorway. Each doorway a memory learning to breathe again.

Four thresholds

Threshold I

When memory wakes

Old stories rise without warning. Some clear. Some blurred. Some arriving like a whisper you finally recognise.

Threshold II

When old wounds speak

What was once buried begins to move. Not violently. Not loudly. Just enough for you to finally hear what the past had tried to say all along.

Threshold III

When the body lets go

Tension that lived in the muscles for years begins to loosen. Breath deepens. The body understands before the mind can explain.

Threshold IV

When truth arrives quietly

A sentence. A memory. A feeling you never had words for. It appears without drama, releases noise, and leaves the room still again.

Moonlight over a quiet sea

First session, an excerpt

Tell me your name three times

Lyna warmly invites Derae to begin. "Let's start," she says softly and calmly.

"Because we don't know each other, I'd like you to say your full name three times. When you say your full name with your voice, it carries an energetic frequency that's uniquely you. It helps me tune in to you. Once I have that, I'll ask for your permission to proceed. Afterwards, I'll take a moment to connect."

Lyna explains her method with a serene professionalism. "Once I'm connected, I call your soul forward. Your soul offers a higher perspective of what's going on. It often shows up symbolically, something you're currently working through, an aspect of yourself you're ready to release, or something that needs attention. We'll talk to your soul and gather what information we can. Though I might not fully understand the symbols, I'll relay everything I see. It's a dialogue between you, me, and spirit, a three-way conversation."

Derae listens intently, his curiosity apparent.

Lyna continues. "Afterward, I'll do what I call a body scan. I imagine your body between my hands and use muscle testing and hand movements to connect. First, I'll focus on your seven main chakras, asking, 'Where in your body are you holding energy that's preventing you from moving forward?' or 'Where is there stagnant energy?' My goal is to identify what's blocking you. It could be an emotion, a memory, or something that must be acknowledged. Once we understand what's there, we'll ask how to move through it, what steps can be taken to integrate and release."

Derae nods thoughtfully. "So, it's about figuring out how to integrate that understanding into life?"

"Exactly," Lyna affirms. "Sometimes it involves inner child work, shadow work, belief clearing, or calling in past loved ones, spirit guides, or ancestors. Other times, it's simply about talking it through. We'll do whatever feels right at the moment. As you mentioned in your email about ancestral stuff, that could also come through. I like to use the body as a gauge, returning to check if the energy has shifted. We keep working at it until what's ready to move has moved. Healing is a process, though. Even when something clears today, it doesn't mean it's forever gone. It's often just one layer; there's always another layer to explore."

Derae reflects for a moment. "Healing happens until we die. It's not discouraging; it's just the nature of it."

Lyna smiles softly. "True. Healing often feels like peeling an endless onion. One layer after another. But it's not a bad thing. It means growth."

Derae offers his perspective. "I don't think we ever erase experiences, especially traumas. We can't remove what happened, but we can change our perspective. And maybe with that shift, the energy tied to it changes too."

Her eyes light up in agreement. "I love that explanation. It's about transforming our perspective and reclaiming power, not just over our experiences, but over what has been passed down to us, whether through ancestors, past lives, or even higher realms. These things arise to teach us, to give us wisdom and understanding. They're here to help us integrate, not to punish."

Derae shared his thoughts, and his tone was thoughtful and reflective. "We can learn but forget... I think, whatever the experience is, you never truly forget. But maybe if you change the perspective, that's something. Sometimes, we only look at the negative, the hard parts. But if you shift how you see it, you start to feel the lesson, redirecting you to look another way. I don't know. When it comes to traumas... I always thought I didn't have any. But, for example, with plant medicine, Ayahuasca..." He paused as though reliving the experience. "I realised, okay, 'I carry all this with me'. And I was like, 'Really?' It hit me... I couldn't believe I held onto all these feelings."

The first session opens not with answers, but with a method: voice, permission, body, memory, and the slow return of what was waiting underneath.
